Goal:
– Teaching kids the need to reduce plastic in everyday life.

MATERIALS
- A card with a day list
- A list of tasks for each day
Task Description
The teacher reads a task for and to children every day. Some tasks are meant to be done in groups; in that case, the teacher does the task with the children. Some tasks are meant to be done with parents; in that case, the child does it after coming back from school or preschool. Some tasks are meant to be done alone; however, it may be worth asking parents to help their children because children this young may forget. The next day, the teacher discusses the task with the children and puts a stamp on each child’s card as a reward. After summarizing, the teacher introduces the task for that day.
